About the Project

Problem Statement: With so many different platforms that individuals and teams are expected to use, from email, slack, trello, Jira, Monday, etc, users need a tool that shows all their tasks in one easy to manage app.

Design Reasoning:

Designed to be as easy to use as possible, Task Puller provides a way for users to be able to pull all their meetings and work assignments into one centralized app.

With the ‘Team’s’ section, users are able to sync multiple platforms, such as Apple Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Github, Confluence, and more. They can prioritize their teams so that they know tasks are top of mind for needing to be completed first.

With its propriety SYNC function, the App pulls in data from multiple platforms so that all meetings and tasks are shows on one centralized view.

Users can then add, edit, or complete tasks on the app, and when that function is executed, it removes the notifications from their other platforms as well.

With Task Puller, you only need one app for all your teams’ task management needs.
